An on-a-whim poet, my first love is creative nonfiction, though I've dabbled in fiction and poetry. I never write like I should, so this blog is an attempt to get myself out of the rut of Tumblr and too-much Netflix and back onto the page. It's a quest to take my love of books and turn it into something productive, a way for me to put my words out there without making the "good stuff" unpublishable. In short, it's practice.
Because hey, I plan on winning the Pulitzer.
